Cancellation policy

Many of our contracts we have with companies dictate how quickly we can sell to other businesses, ie 30 days. Blue Breaks LLC does everything within our power to abide by these rules. Therefore; if we feel an order is placed from a business that would directly conflict with these contracts; Blue Breaks LLC will cancel the pre-sale or order, so we are not in violation of these rules.

Pre-Sale
Some items in our store may be offered to you as a pre-order. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases. When you purchase a pre-sale, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We collect the full payment when we verify your information. Once the product arrives in store on release day, we ship as quickly as possible, please realize release dates do change thus sometimes your item will not ship as quickly as initially expected. If you cancel a pre-order and we have already debited the funds; you would still be responsible for our 6% restock fee.
